About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its store at Tianjin Great Wall Mall (A&F). The Key Holder drives business through leadership and takes an active part in delivering a differentiated customer experience. They lead a team of associates so that daily operations and opening and closing routines run smoothly, always keeping the customer at the centre of everything.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop associates
• Deliver a great customer experience
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers
• Supervise store presentation and sales floor
• Protect assets and control shrinkage
• Follow policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong work ethic
• Assertiveness and adaptability
• Ability to handle stress and multitask
