职位概况
负责科室日常运营管控，优化诊疗流程与就诊流程，提高患者就诊效率与满意度；同时承担患者病例全流程管理，跟踪诊疗周期，提升患者就医体验。
主要职责
- 协助科室日常运营管控，优化诊疗与就诊流程，降低运营成本。
- 参与科室年度运营计划，跟踪就诊量、床位使用率等数据，提出并推动优化方案。
- 推动科室业务推广，联动市场、护理、医技等部门提升营收贡献。
- 负责跨部门协同，对接医技、行政、医保等，保障诊疗顺畅并统筹物资、人力调配。
- 参与医疗质量与安全管理，落实核心制度，降低医疗风险。
- 负责患者病例全流程管理，协调医生、护士、患者及家属，跟踪诊疗需求与病情变化。
- 统计病例数据，分析关键信息，为运营优化与医保合规提供支撑。
- 开展患者随访，制定随访计划，提供健康指导，提升患者依从性。
