职位概况
负责公司网站整体SEO策略的制定与执行，提升Google自然搜索排名，进行关键词研究、站内结构与内容优化。
主要职责
- 制定并执行SEO整体方案，提升关键词排名。
- 进行关键词挖掘、布局及元标签优化。
- 监控网站流量，定期输出分析报告与优化建议。
- 提升网站权威度（Domain Authority），协助内容团队制定SEO内容计划。
- 使用Google Search Console、Google Analytics等工具进行数据解读，快速响应算法更新。
- 与开发、内容、运营等部门协同推进SEO项目。
任职要求
- 1年以上独立负责Google SEO项目经验，有金融/科技类网站或高竞争关键词提升案例。
- 熟悉白帽SEO原则，了解并规避黑帽行为。
- 具备良好的英文阅读能力，能理解Google官方指南。
- 熟悉HTML、CSS基本语法，具备一定技术理解能力。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力与逻辑思维，具备团队协作与自我驱动能力。
必备技能
- Ahrefs、SEMrush、Screaming Frog等SEO工具。
- Google Analytics、Google Search Console。
- HTML、CSS。
