About the role

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead our Changzhou distribution centre. The role combines day‑to‑day warehouse operations with the delivery of a multi‑year automation strategy, ensuring high performance, safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop the warehouse team, fostering a safety‑first culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, meeting KPIs for productivity, order accuracy, on‑time shipping and inventory accuracy.
  • Manage the annual warehouse budget, control costs and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories using the WMS.
  • Identify bottlenecks with data analytics and apply Lean or Six Sigma improvements.
  • Collaborate with transportation, procurement and customer service for seamless logistics.
  • Develop and execute a multi‑year automation roadmap, from concept and ROI analysis to vendor selection, implementation and go‑live.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies such as AS/RS, AMRs, goods‑to‑person, robotic picking and advanced sortation.
  • Lead change‑management activities, including training and communication, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience managing a warehouse, distribution or fulfillment centre.
  • Proven leadership experience with responsibility for teams and operational budgets.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities handling complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
