About the role
The Senior Technician is responsible for maintaining and presenting properties to a high standard. This role ensures safety, performs repairs, and keeps the exterior appearance of properties in excellent condition.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain all assigned properties and ensure they are presented appropriately.
- Perform safety checks and carry out routine maintenance tasks.
- Execute efficient and quality repairs, including plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, painting, and drywall.
- Manage and improve the exterior appearance of properties.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a technician or maintenance role.
- Relevant certification (e.g., trade or technical certification).
- Customer‑oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management abilities.
