Senior Tech Recruiter – Beijing

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for its Product Portfolio, R&D and technical teams in China. Reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Leader, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a wide range of software engineering and data‑focused positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with R&D, Product Portfolio and Engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from role intake to offer management and hiring follow‑up.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for positions such as C#.NET, Angular developers, Cloud and DevOps engineers, software architects, product managers, QA engineers, data engineers and AI specialists.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and long‑term hiring requirements.
• Engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, professional networks, talent communities and employee referrals.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate profiles and guidance on interview best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles, preferably in software or industrial technology.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business leaders, HR partners and regional talent acquisition teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
