Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our APAC Fraud and Identity team within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The role will be based in China (preferably Shanghai) or Singapore and will involve close collaboration with customers and sales partners to drive adoption of our risk‑management portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses, industries, and risk challenges.
• Guide prospects through solution proposals, including technical demos, detailed process flows, and high‑level engagement plans.
• Present the full range of LNRS fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication products, explaining functionality, performance, security, and deployment architectures.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and ensure long‑term feasibility.
• Share best practices, contribute to team material improvements, and provide market feedback for product strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent business‑level Chinese; basic conversational English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, identity verification, cyber security, or related financial services domains.
• Proven ability to work with prospective customers to capture and articulate requirements.
• Excellent consultative, active‑listening, and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
