Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring across the APAC region. You will partner with business leaders, shape recruiting strategy, and help us attract top talent for a leading payments company.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for commercial teams, from requisition launch to offer acceptance.
• Conduct in‑depth hiring manager meetings, advertise roles, source candidates, screen, interview and assess fit.
• Guide hiring managers through interview, selection and offer stages, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations and manage the offer process.
• Track requisition and candidate progress in Workday and maintain accurate data.
• Provide market intelligence and advise stakeholders using data‑driven best practices.

Required profile

• Previous in‑house recruitment experience for commercial and corporate roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing through databases, job boards and online networking.
• Established relationships with regional recruitment agencies and executive search firms.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and competency‑based interviewing.
• Fintech or payments industry exposure preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
