Senior Recruiter – APAC Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our fast‑growing Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with stakeholders across the APAC region, shaping recruitment strategy and driving the hiring of top talent for our commercial and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for commercial teams, from requisition launch to offer acceptance.
• Conduct in‑depth hiring manager meetings, advertise roles, source candidates, screen, interview and assess fit.
• Guide hiring managers through interview, selection and offer stages, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate progress tracking in Workday and provide market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Advise hiring teams using data‑driven insights and best hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven in‑house recruitment experience for commercial and corporate roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders and regional recruitment agencies.
• Experience sourcing via databases, job boards and online networking.
• Familiarity with competency‑based interviewing and relevant employment legislation.
• Fintech or payments industry exposure is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
