职位概况
博世集团在东莞招聘高级质量工程师，负责制造过程的质量合规，推动问题解决和持续改进。
主要职责
- 与制造团队协作，确保价值流运营符合质量标准和流程。
- 使用PSS/8D、FMEA、SPC、Q‑DAS等方法解决质量问题。
- 协调客户索赔和保修案件，进行失效分析并制定纠正预防措施。
- 制定并执行产品/工艺变更或新产品的测试计划，验证其有效性。
- 定期编制质量KPI报告，分析TW、4Q、RUQ、IDC、FPY等关键指标。
- 承担ALR、A3等项目任务。
任职要求
- 机械或电子等工程专业背景，具备制造工艺或设计经验。
- 5年以上质量保证或制造过程工程经验，具备团队或主管经验者优先。
- 熟悉FMEA、8D、FTA、SPC、Q‑DAS、Minitab、精益生产等质量工具。
- 良好的团队合作精神、主动性、冲突处理能力及英语沟通能力。
