Senior Product Sales – Oncology

About the role

The Senior Product Sales role focuses on oncology solutions, driving growth with high‑value accounts in the Beijing market. You will build strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver customized offers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans for high‑value transactional accounts, aligning with business goals to increase sales and profitability.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored oncology solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to create and deliver complex, customized offers that maximize value propositions.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, update CRM data, and identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities.
• Lead execution of advanced commercial plans, including innovative distribution and promotional strategies to optimize market penetration.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to senior audiences, communicating complex solutions and supporting high‑impact sales activities.

Required profile

• No prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Relationship Management, sales, business development, or account management within a B2C environment, or equivalent.
