Senior Planner

About the role

The Senior Planner will join the Planning team to ensure on‑time delivery and optimal inventory levels for our distributors in Shanghai. You will analyze demand, create forecasts, and coordinate supply activities across the global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Implement purchase orders based on demand forecasts and safety stock, and track inbound shipments.
• Optimize inventory to meet on‑time delivery targets while reducing excess, slow‑moving, and short‑shelf‑life stock.
• Review distributor demand, generate forecasts for the global supply chain team, and adjust plans as customer needs evolve.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely product arrival.
• Manage delivery execution, including pulling shipments in or out of the global supply chain, monitoring customs clearance, and ensuring end‑to‑end delivery compliance.
• Prepare daily planning reports, weekly/monthly KPI dashboards, and any additional required reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of planning experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
