Senior Planner – Demand and Supply

About the role

As a Senior Planner – Demand and Supply you will be responsible for managing customer demand, creating the Master Production Schedule (MPS), and ensuring optimal inventory levels for the business. You will act as the key liaison between sales, production sites, and manufacturing operations to resolve supply issues and improve service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and analyze customer demand forecasts and orders using data‑analysis tools and models.
• Collaborate with sales and internal/external stakeholders to align forecasts, avoid shortages or excess inventory, and monitor order intake versus forecast.
• Maintain demand‑planning processes in SAP, integrating company‑wide digital tools.
• Convert demand into a supply plan that respects capacity and material constraints; schedule the MPS.
• Perform ATP checks to confirm sales orders against capacity and material availability.
• Lead monthly SI&OP meetings, drive forecast accuracy, and enhance information transparency.
• Review and adjust SAP parameters, FG inventory levels, and obsolete/slow‑moving stock to meet inventory targets.
• Define supply‑chain strategies per material category and participate in optimization projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand and production planning, preferably in electronics or automotive industries.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
