Senior Mobile Software Engineer (Cross‑Platform)

About the role

HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with at least three years of mobile‑app experience to design, develop, and lead cross‑platform mobile initiatives for its premium audio brands. The role combines hands‑on development with architectural leadership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable applications for iOS and Android devices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cross‑platform mobile applications using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin.
• Architect complex systems that support wireless device services, including connectivity, remote control, and OTA updates.
• Develop, test, and maintain high‑performance mobile apps for iOS and Android, driving technical direction and ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Monitor shipped features, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve product stability.
• Communicate design decisions and solution approaches to enterprise architects, project teams, and other stakeholders.
• Stay current with mobile development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one cross‑platform framework (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin).
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and integration.
• Ability to work independently or within a collaborative team and communicate effectively in English.
