Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join its Shanghai team. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for bonding‑tape and medical‑device product lines, working closely with key accounts and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market dynamics and identify growth opportunities for bonding‑tape and related medical‑device segments.
• Develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns, including market segmentation and positioning.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, understand customer needs and tailor marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with product development, sales and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a solid foundation in marketing principles.
• Prior experience in bonding‑tape or medical‑device markets is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of working with key accounts and delivering results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
