Senior Growth Marketing Associate (Shenzhen)

About the role

CASETiFY is looking for a creative, data‑driven Senior Growth Marketing Associate to accelerate growth and engagement across paid channels. You will own end‑to‑end campaign management, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Twitter and TikTok with a focus on ROAS and ROI.
• Set up, launch, monitor and troubleshoot daily ad operations.
• Implement and maintain accurate pixel and tracking parameter setups.
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and allocate budgets based on data insights.
• Partner with marketing, product and other teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Develop precise customer segments and create highly targeted campaigns.
• Analyze user data to uncover trends and provide actionable growth insights.
• Conduct market research on competitors and identify new product opportunities.
• Design, run and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaigns.
• Produce detailed performance reports for senior management.
• Create engaging social‑media content strategies and collaborate on multimedia assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in DTC, e‑commerce or travel.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for technology, fashion and lifestyle brands.
