(Senior) Demand and Inventory Planner

About the role

The Senior Demand and Inventory Planner will lead demand planning for multiple Pentland brands, primarily Speedo, across China and the Rest of Asia (ROA). The role supports the broader APAC region and ensures alignment from forecast through to supply execution and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Own China & ROA forecast processes for seasonal and annual business targets.
• Consolidate and drive APAC (China, ROA, ANZ) seasonal forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to build key franchise demand for both seasonal and long‑term periods.
• Manage China order buy in partnership with commercial and global sourcing teams.
• Handle SMU product orders for exclusive accounts such as SAM and Decathlon.
• Coordinate seasonal buy plans with global and APAC sourcing teams.
• Provide input and support to China business and inventory management under the lead of the Inventory Management Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning and inventory management within a multi‑brand environment.
• Familiarity with the China market and APAC regional forecasting processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with merchandising, commercial, and sourcing teams.
