Senior Consultant, Real-World Evidence

About the role

IQVIA's China Real-World Solution team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its RWE solution, which works with local, regional and global teams to deliver pricing and market access research supporting product value propositions and evidence-based decisions. The team includes researchers and consultants with strong academic backgrounds and experience in economic modelling, value dossiers, network meta-analyses and real-world studies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement research in RWE business areas such as observational studies, survey studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
• Develop value-evidence strategies, product value dossiers and value communications for clients.
• Design and conduct observational studies, including protocol development, methodology and statistical analysis plans, study reports and manuscript writing.
• Manage projects and liaise with clients, including client management tasks and attending client and external meetings and presenting research and analysis.
• Carry out research and draft reports giving clients strategic advice on pricing, reimbursement and market access.

Required profile

• PhD or Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Medicine, Public Health, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Strong research experience in RWE in consulting, pharma or academia.
• Track record of publications in English peer-reviewed journals.
• Excellent English writing ability.
• Rank will be set according to experience.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as STATA and SAS.
