About the role
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate M&A team in Beijing. The role involves supporting partners and senior lawyers on high‑quality transactional and advisory work, with a focus on cross‑border M&A, private‑equity investments, joint ventures, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions.
- Support private‑equity investment and joint‑venture deals.
- Assist with foreign direct investment projects and general corporate matters.
- Manage work‑streams, draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and jurisdictions.
Required profile
- Experienced corporate lawyer with strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Confident in managing complex transactions and client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across offices and jurisdictions.
