Senior Account Manager, Gaming & Apps

About the role

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own advertiser outcomes for China‑based export advertisers within the Gaming, App and short‑drama ecosystem. You will act as a solutions expert, mentor teammates and drive performance across Snap’s portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts, translating strategy into execution plans, optimization cadences and measurement frameworks.
• Build deeper client relationships, identify growth opportunities and guide product adoption.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and cross‑functional teams to launch campaigns, troubleshoot issues and deliver performance updates.
• Produce polished business reviews and client‑facing recommendations that link results to broader business impact.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and contribute to team culture and operating rigor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in digital advertising, account management or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytical ability to diagnose issues, interpret measurement signals and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience managing client‑facing workstreams with measurable impact.
