SAP SuccessFactors Business Lead - Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture is recruiting a Business Lead (Business Architecture Senior Manager) for SAP SuccessFactors, a senior-level full-time position open to multiple locations in China. The role focuses on the emerging SAP SuccessFactors pipeline and HR transformation opportunities, and on strengthening the ability to turn HR transformation demand into executable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively support emerging SAP SuccessFactors pipeline and HR transformation opportunities.
• Address the scarce capability needed for global rollouts, including China localization (a time-sensitive task).
• Strengthen the ability to translate HR transformation demand into executable SAP SuccessFactors solutions, enable early engagement in pre-sales and drive deal conversion.
• Support building a long-term SAP SuccessFactors capability pool and leadership bench.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management.
• Must have led at least one full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP SuccessFactors project.
• Strong understanding of global HR trends and challenges, with expertise in localizing SAP SuccessFactors for China (data compliance, local HR practices, cultural differences).
• Fluent in English for business communication, technical discussions and documentation.
• SAP SuccessFactors module certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in all SAP SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in at least three.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure, with a results-driven approach and customer focus.
