Sample Coordinator – SiC Products (RBCN/ME)

About the role

The Sample Coordinator is responsible for end‑to‑end sample management of SiC‑based products in China, ensuring timely procurement, tracking, and cost control while supporting internal R&D, marketing and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sample procurement, real‑time tracking, inventory control and cost consolidation for SiC products.
• Drive onsite maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives and audit preparation to meet corporate and safety standards.
• Coordinate sample orders based on demand from internal R&D, marketing and customer teams.
• Consolidate sample‑related costs, including freight, customs and logistics, and collaborate with CTG for expense completion.
• Compile monthly reports on sample consumption cost and inventory loss statistics.
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory overview, inbound shipment progress and sample consumption for local management and German headquarters.
• Define and optimise sample preparation and distribution workflows to create an agile, efficient operational flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics or a similar area.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with customers.
• Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English.
• Previous Bosch experience preferred; semiconductor background preferred.
