Sales Training Specialist – Consumer Audio (China)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist in Sales Training for our Consumer Audio division in China. The role will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that boost the knowledge, skills and performance of sales teams, channel partners and retail staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs by collaborating with sales leaders, product marketing, distributors and retailers.
• Design and develop training materials such as presentations, product guides, sales playbooks, certification programs, videos and digital learning modules.
• Deliver training through classroom sessions, webinars, workshops, field coaching and online platforms.
• Support major product launches by creating launch‑specific training content and readiness programmes.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, sales performance data and field observations.
• Provide coaching and development support to sales personnel, retail promoters and channel partners.
• Maintain training libraries, learning databases and knowledge‑management systems.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to enhance sales readiness.
• Track training KPIs, report results and recommend improvements to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, retail training or product training, preferably in consumer electronics or consumer audio.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor‑led, virtual and self‑paced learning programmes.
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer‑facing dynamics.
