Sales Representative – Fuzhou

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Fuzhou and drive growth for our ultra‑premium spirit portfolio, including The Macallan, Highland Park, The Glenrothes, Brugal rum and No.3 London Dry Gin. You will be responsible for delivering commercial objectives across designated trade channels and ensuring our brands achieve their volume and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver budgeted volume and revenue for the brand portfolio within the assigned city and trade channels.
• Develop and expand the territory by identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
• Implement the commercial strategy to optimise distribution, volume and value growth, especially in on‑trade channels.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to execute brand activation plans and trade investments.
• Maintain high standards of distribution, visibility and market share aligned with brand positioning.
• Communicate and coordinate commercial and brand strategies with distribution partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the beverage or spirits industry.
• Strong understanding of on‑trade and off‑trade channel dynamics.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of commercial best practices for distribution channels.
• Experience with trade marketing collaboration.
