Sales Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Finance Analyst to partner with cross‑functional business teams and drive joint value creation. The role supports portfolio strategy, assortment optimization, and promotional planning while delivering data‑driven insights that enhance sales growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to develop and execute portfolio strategy, assortment and promotional plans.
• Lead financial analysis on pricing, trade investments and promotional activities, providing recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Own business performance tracking, P&L analysis and identification of risks and opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Drive business planning, forecasting and target delivery through close stakeholder partnership.
• Champion cash productivity by optimizing Days Sales Outstanding, accounts receivable and working capital.
• Ensure effective budget management, compliance and strong internal controls while enabling agile, data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.
• Proven collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities across functions.
• High learning agility, intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong business acumen and passion for e‑commerce, consumer and customer dynamics.
