Sales Controlling Specialist

About the role

This position offers a hands‑on business partnering experience within a mass‑cosmetics unit. You will be responsible for financial controlling of e‑commerce platforms and support strategic decisions through rigorous analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage channel and e‑commerce platform P&L, delivering regular reporting on performance and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to consolidate annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts and strategic plans.
• Monitor business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable improvements.
• Prepare quantitative analyses and financial models to evaluate investment efficiency and new channel initiatives.
• Oversee operational controlling tasks such as TTC forecasting, contract/PO reviews, and reimbursement verification.
• Conduct MSO & MSE reporting, ensure accurate month‑end closing and perform internal control activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant finance experience, preferably within FMCG or cosmetics.
• Strong motivation to work cross‑functionally and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
