职位概况
负责RF组装生产线的管理与运营，带领团队实现质量、成本、交期和产能目标，推动自动化改进。
主要职责
- 管控RF组装生产活动，确保作业手法与制程纪律。
- 规划产能与资源配置，保证工单按时完成。
- 建立并维护制程标准、作业指导书及培训需求。
- 推动六西格玛等持续改进，提升成本、质量、交期和良率。
- 汇总制程数据，提供评估报告支持产品开发。
- 协调设备预防保养与校验，提升设备稼动率。
- 监督新产品从试产到量产的制程开发。
- 规划并执行半自动化策略，提升生产效率。
任职要求
- 机械、工业、制造或电机工程等相关专业本科以上学历。
- 至少8年制造或组装运营经验，含3年以上生产/制程工程或运营管理主管经验。
- 具备基本英文读写能力，熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint。
- 良好的沟通、团队领导及跨部门协作能力。
