About the role
As a Retail Designer you will translate H&M’s brand DNA and commercial objectives into high‑quality architectural and interior design packages for stores worldwide. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring retail concepts to life and ensure each space reflects the brand direction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and produce architectural drawings, sections, 3D models and visualisations for new store projects and refurbishments.
- Create and review construction documents and interior design packages, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, consultants and local H&M groups to resolve technical and design challenges.
- Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders and manage hand‑over of documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, analyse outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3‑5 years of experience in retail architecture or interior design, with a focus on commercial space planning.
- Strong understanding of real‑estate project phases from concept to construction and post‑occupancy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture.
- Experience with other CAD software for 2D/3D design.
- Ability to produce 3D renderings and visualisations.
