About the role
Springer Nature is looking for a Research Integrity Manager to join its Research Integrity Group (RIG) in China. The role will be based in Beijing, Shanghai or Nanjing and will focus on safeguarding the quality and reliability of the published research record.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of research integrity advisers.
- Investigate and resolve research integrity concerns in journals, books and databases.
- Ensure investigations follow COPE guidelines and internal policies.
- Develop and implement best‑practice action plans for identified issues.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, technology and marketing teams to promote ethical publishing practices.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience in research integrity, publication ethics or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and guide a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of COPE guidelines and ethical standards in scholarly publishing.
