About the role
The Regulatory Affairs (RA) Specialist and Assistant will support the China RA head in daily operations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices. This contractor role blends standard secretarial duties with involvement in organizational improvements and regulatory projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance to the China RA head, handling calendar, meetings, travel and confidential matters.
- Contribute to organizational change initiatives, business improvement processes, and distribution of corporate information.
- Support external stakeholders and departmental or company‑wide R&D projects.
- Assist with internal approval activities related to RA and R&D, fostering a strong regulatory culture.
- Engage with and care for team members while taking on increasing regulatory responsibilities.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
- Ability to support both administrative tasks and regulatory project work.
- Proactive attitude toward cultural building within RA and R&D teams.
