Regional Supply Chain Manager – Logistics & Warehouse

About the role

Sika is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics and warehouse operations across the APAC region. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, managing procurement targets, and implementing global logistics initiatives such as SAP, TMS, and WMS roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse supply‑chain pillar for APAC.
• Own procurement and efficiency targets, risk management, and working‑capital improvements.
• Implement global logistics initiatives, including SAP, TMS, and WMS deployments.
• Compile and analyse regional data to shape category strategy and meet business targets.
• Collaborate with local teams to execute procurement strategies and remove project roadblocks.
• Identify and deliver logistics projects that improve service levels, total cost of ownership, and process efficiency.
• Assess regional resource gaps and recommend recruitment, training, and development actions.
• Ensure compliance with Sika’s Procurement Manual and Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Senior‑level confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and foster collaboration.
• Broad understanding of supply‑chain management with expertise in outbound logistics.
