职位概况
负责在 Reddit 平台的相关社区进行日常运营，提升品牌曝光并引导用户转化。
主要职责
- 在 r/StableDiffusion、r/AIArt、r/animeAI 等 Subreddit 中参与互动，维护社区关系。
- 围绕产品上线、活动节点策划并发布符合 Reddit 氛围的原生内容。
- 组织社区运营活动，如比赛、AMA、UGC 等，并负责执行落地。
- 跟踪社区互动数据，定期汇报引流转化等关键指标。
任职要求
- 英文母语或接近母语水平，具备优秀的英文写作能力。
- 拥有活跃的 Reddit 账号，熟悉平台规则与文化。
- 对二次元文化（动漫、漫画、游戏、御宅文化）有真实兴趣和了解。
- 熟悉 AI 作画/AI 艺术相关工具，如 Stable Diffusion。
必备技能
- Stable Diffusion 等 AI 作画工具使用经验。
