Recruiter, Greater China

About the role

Gates is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle talent acquisition for its Greater China operations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent for a global manufacturer of fluid power and power transmission solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and post job descriptions, announcements and offers.
• Identify effective recruiting channels and manage job postings.
• Source candidates, conduct pre‑screen phone interviews, arrange face‑to‑face interviews and perform reference checks.
• Maintain a talent pool and build proactive candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with corporate HR on administrative tasks and reporting.
• Participate in special recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote Gates’ employer brand, including activities on HR WeChat.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High stress tolerance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Headhunter background is desirable.
