RAN Software Developer – New Graduate Position

About the role

Join Ericsson’s Beijing RAN team as a new‑graduate software developer. You will work alongside senior designers and developers to create and enhance software solutions for radio access networks, collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design user‑friendly, efficient software.
• Produce detailed design documentation and specifications based on requirements and feedback.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications.
• Research emerging technologies and incorporate innovative features.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Go, Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and software testing practices.
