Quality Leader Asia

About the role

The Quality Leader Asia will establish and maintain a robust quality management system for AAM Investment Management across its Asian operations. This senior position drives quality awareness, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports continuous improvement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the regional Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.
• Define and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and SLAs for all Asian offices.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits to verify compliance with internal policies and Asian financial regulations.
• Lead root‑cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and containment of non‑conformances.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and risk teams to embed quality practices into business processes.
• Design and deliver quality training programs to foster a culture of excellence.
• Track regulatory changes in markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and China and update the QMS accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of quality professionals across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Quality Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8‑10 years of quality management experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
• Proven track record implementing QMS frameworks (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong knowledge of Asian financial regulations (e.g., SFC, MAS, CSRC).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Asia.
