Public Area Supervisor

About the role

The Public Area Supervisor ensures that all public and back‑of‑house spaces meet Four Seasons’ high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, handle guest requests promptly, and maintain a seamless, luxurious environment for guests and staff alike.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce quality and service standards for housekeeping and public areas.
• Conduct spot checks of phone log books and ensure quick, correct handling of guest requests.
• Analyze recurring issues, propose solutions, and record guest preferences in the Opera system.
• Inspect public and back‑of‑house areas daily, opening and following up on maintenance work orders.
• Assign, delegate, and record daily tasks for staff; brief the next shift on all log‑book items.
• Document incidents, outstanding items, and completed inspections; ensure all checklists are completed.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education (12 years of schooling).
• Minimum 2 years experience in an international‑class hotel environment.
• Strong communication and computer proficiency.
• Calm, patient, service‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Responsible, fair, and passionate about hospitality.
