About the role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Project Recruiter to join our Shanghai office. The role supports Yinson’s offshore production projects by attracting, engaging, and retaining highly skilled professionals who match our technical and cultural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with project timelines and workforce needs in the Offshore Production division.
• Source, identify, and engage diverse candidates through job boards, professional networks, and industry contacts.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessments to ensure technical competence and cultural fit.
• Partner with project managers and HR teams to anticipate hiring needs and advise on labour market trends.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with legal standards, ethical policies, sustainability, and inclusivity.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide hiring metrics reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within technical or engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with EPCIC project execution or related industries is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently.

• Knowledge of offshore production and engineering terminology
