Project Manager – Tianjin

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical‑drive projects for our automotive customers in Tianjin. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from acquisition to execution, ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead nominated projects following defined processes (e.g., PEP/VEP) and control quality, cost and schedule.
• Drive project acquisition together with TPM, sales and project teams, handling customer requirements, business analysis and project nomination.
• Plan resources, budgets and schedules; manage risks and trigger escalations when needed.
• Monitor work products, report status to the steering committee on quality, cost and delivery aspects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, make decisive project‑level decisions and own outcomes.
• Build business links with COEMs and coordinate internal and external teamwork.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager in electrical‑drive or related automotive projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in automotive, electronic control, transmission or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
