Project Management Office – VM

About the role

Join Bosch's Project Management Office (VM) in Suzhou to drive solid project management practices across the GTM organization. You will support highly complex projects, ensure data quality, and act as a key liaison with quality and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the GTM organization to establish robust project management processes, roles, meetings, and communication channels.
• Support and accompany complex projects from initial set‑up through planning, collaboration model implementation (e.g., SCRUM), and problem‑solving mechanisms.
• Assist project teams during internal and external audits.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project management training programs together with GTM stakeholders to continuously raise competency.
• Own engineering data quality in PMS tools and ensure high‑quality engineering data.
• Serve as the main interface to the QMM department, coordinating appropriate engineering resources for each problem case.

Required profile

• High level of ownership and energy.
• Proven expertise in project management, especially in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with GTM, CA, PMO and other stakeholders.
• Structured yet pragmatic working style.
