About the role
The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is seeking a Programme Management Intern for its Centre for Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization in Beijing. This full‑time, unpaid internship offers hands‑on experience supporting regional development projects and UN‑level policy work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to ongoing projects and assist with data consolidation.
- Help with social media outreach and content preparation.
- Deliver administrative assistance, including scheduling and document handling.
- Prepare and edit presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Sort, organise, and analyse data as required by supervisors.
Required profile
- Enrolled in or completed a graduate programme, or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English (required); knowledge of French is an asset.
- Eligibility to work in China and ability to obtain any necessary visa.
