职位概况
博世集团在东莞招聘生产主管，负责统筹生产资源，确保按时交付，带领车间团队实现质量、成本、交付目标。
主要职责
- 规划生产资源，保障交付时效。
- 与MFE/VSQ等部门协作，推动项目达成QCD KPI。
- 担任生产线负责人，培养和指导员工。
- 支持新产品导入，实现批量生产。
- 参与工厂层面的I4.0、数字化、敏捷等改进活动。
任职要求
- 具备跨部门协作能力。
- 机械或电气工程背景。
- 英语能力佳者优先。
- 熟悉生产系统。
- 至少3年制造业相关工作经验。
必备技能
- 生产系统操作经验。
