About the role
The Production Operator will work on the shop floor to ensure that equipment runs smoothly and products meet quality standards. This position is essential for maintaining efficient production flow in an automotive‑focused manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery according to production requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Perform part inspections following the established control plan.
- Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S methodologies as defined by company procedures.
- Immediately stop production and notify the supervisor if unqualified products are detected.
- Adhere to safety rules and the employee handbook at all times.
Required profile
- Completion of senior high school or vocational training with an electromechanical focus.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Willingness to report issues promptly and work collaboratively with supervisors.
Required skills
- Basic electromechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
- Understanding of 5S workplace organization.
