职位概况
负责操作生产设备，进行检查，做好清洁管理，并记录所有生产相关的数据，确保产量目标按时达成且无质量问题。
主要职责
- 严格遵守操作规章和指导，准时完成产量目标。
- 执行设备操作并准确记录生产数据。
- 参与5S现场管理活动。
- 能够操作产线上至少一种机器，如SRM、RASCO、Wafer Sort、Tape & Reel、Vision Inspection、Packing。
- 完成主管交办的其他任务，确保质量符合要求。
任职要求
- 高中或中专学历。
- 具备生产测试经验，能够适应倒班工作。
- 良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力。
必备技能
- SRM设备操作
- RASCO设备操作
- Wafer Sort设备操作
- Tape & Reel设备操作
- Vision Inspection设备操作
- Packing设备操作
