Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator will work on the factory floor at Sandvik’s Jining facility, executing the daily production plan and ensuring that output meets quality and quantity standards. The role operates within a structured shift system, including night shifts, and follows strict safety and environmental guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Sandvik EHS policies and all factory rules while carrying out production tasks.
• Execute the production plan under the guidance of technical staff, adhering to documented processes and equipment operating procedures.
• Perform daily checks, routine maintenance, and proper use of tools and production equipment.
• Conserve water and electricity, implement energy‑saving measures, and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Report and resolve any production issues promptly and maintain a clean, orderly work environment following 5S principles.
• Participate in training sessions and coordinate activities between workstations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of relevant production experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work under pressure, including night shifts, with strong communication and reliability.
• Diligent, proactive, and committed to safety and quality standards.
