About the role
This entry‑level Production Operator position involves assembling minor products or components in a highly repetitive environment. You will work primarily at a workbench or on a conveyor line, contributing to the efficient flow of production.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble components with a small number of details following standard procedures.
- Perform checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, snipping, tying, or trimming tasks manually or using machines.
- Make basic equipment adjustments and carry out routine maintenance.
- Clean work areas and equipment, and assist with moving assemblies or machines.
- Follow close supervision and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Ability to work under close supervision and follow detailed instructions.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
Required skills
- Basic equipment adjustment.
- Routine maintenance of machinery.
- Manual assembly techniques.
