About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson in Shanghai as a Product Specialist, driving clinical sales initiatives for specialty physicians within the MedTech sector.
Key responsibilities
- Help establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians.
- Contribute to projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians area.
- Integrate methods based on trend and competitive analysis to improve sales strategy.
- Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven sales and customer retention strategies.
- Advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products and manage customer accounts.
- Implement growth initiatives and improve competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.
Required profile
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
- Eligible for sales incentive and commission structures.
