Product Manager

About the role

Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer of motors, power transmission components and automation systems, is hiring a Product Manager in Xuhui. The role covers strategy, new product development, pricing and margin expansion, go-to-market execution and portfolio lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic plan and annual operating plan through market, customer and competitive analysis, and define product roadmaps and investment priorities
• Lead voice-of-customer research and strategic projects on growth opportunities such as IoT connectivity
• Drive 80/20 complexity reduction, strategic pricing, product mix shifts and demand shaping to expand margins
• Lead new product introductions from concept to commercialization, including stage-gate processes, financial analysis and forecasting, and work with engineering and operations on scoping and timelines
• Lead go-to-market execution: training materials, collateral, launch kits, competitive alerts and sales communications, and partner with sales leaders on customer penetration
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including obsolescence reviews, replacement recommendations and SIOP participation, and work with finance, suppliers and business partners on forecasts and manufacturing plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business/marketing; MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of product management, marketing, strategy, engineering, business development or related experience
• Experience with 80/20 complexity reduction and simplification
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams
• Solid financial acumen, including financial modelling and P&L interpretation
• Ability to travel 30-35%
