Product Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a logically rigorous Product Manager to lead the evolution of its software solutions, bridging business goals with seamless user experiences and integrating AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from market research and vision setting to execution and post‑launch optimization.
• Author detailed Product Requirement Documents and User Stories that capture complex business logic and edge cases.
• Identify and embed AI features such as large language models, automation, and predictive analytics to solve user pain points.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on scope and timelines.
• Define KPIs and use data analytics to monitor product health and guide future iterations.
• Partner with QA to set clear acceptance criteria and ensure stability and performance standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software product management experience with multiple release cycles.
• Proven experience building or managing SaaS applications and understanding cloud services (AWS, Ali Yun).
• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of generative AI and ability to translate AI potential into product features.
• Exceptional analytical and logical thinking for mapping complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) and prompt engineering.
