Product Designer, RVC

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to support multiple design projects and strategic initiatives within our RVC programs. You will drive industrial design from concept through launch, ensuring innovation, usability, and manufacturability while aligning with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive design support across several projects, managing smaller segments or new initiatives as needed.
• Conduct consumer and competitor research to uncover user needs and market gaps.
• Develop concepts using sketching, CAD modeling, prototyping, and storytelling to communicate design intent.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all product touch points.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including marketing, R&D, and supply chain.
• Review and critique prototypes and production samples, delivering detailed feedback to ensure design fidelity and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in home appliances or consumer electronics design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility, problem‑solving, and end‑user usability.
• Professional demeanor with independence, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
• Willingness to travel for prototype workshops, supplier visits, and industry exhibitions.
