负责制造过程的开发与优化，支持新技术的产业化及量产设备和工具的维护。

主要职责

进行工艺开发、优化及发布。
支持新技术的产业化落地。
提供量产设备和模具的技术支持。
与全球生产网络协作，评估技术报价。
协调项目管理、技术专家、主厂及外部供应商。
参与同步工程团队工作。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

机械或电气工程本科以上学历。
至少2年工艺开发经验。
具备相应工艺知识。
熟悉问题解决方法。
能够使用统计工具进行数据分析。

必备技能

工艺开发与优化能力。
统计分析工具使用经验。
